This cache is an homage to the creepy guy in the parked car. The cache is a small lock-n-lock in a county park. Previous cachers have noted a fair amount of gpsr bounce in the area so you might want to let it "settle."
Mrs. S. and I have seen our fair share of parks since starting this geocaching odyssey. I'm sure most of you have many stories to tell about the beautiful parks and well-maintained trails you've visited.
There's one question that's been burning a hole in my brain, though. How come at every park we've gone to there's always a creepy guy just sitting in his car doing nothing but staring out in space? My mind goes over over a million scenarios and all of them of quite possible from hookey-players, to would-be Romeos or even to guys who've lost their jobs but don't want to tell their wives.
I have a theory. I believe the park creepy guy is a paid position. Some government agency somewhere is paying these guys to add flavor to nature. It's just a theory.
