This is along the paved Santa Ana River Trail near Coal Canyon. The last few yards are on dirt.
The cache placement has nothing to do with the name. It is so named because it is a replacement for my nearby archived Flood Control (GCP51Z) cache. I used the same log book (with previous logs torn out), and all the contents are from that cache. The original cache has some interesting info about the area, and slobeavis left a newspaper article about me in there in case you're wondering how I came up with my geocaching name.
The camoed cache is 4" in diameter x 5" tall. It should be easy to find, but you'll have to decide the best way to retrieve it. Please replace as good or better than you find it.
