Not long ago, the city of Pasco had a contest where they asked readers of the paper to submit their ideas as to how the water towers should be painted. We have yet to see the outcome, unless the winner suggested gray and white! My kids thought they should be painted like salt and pepper shakers. We thought it would be fun to have people submit their ideas for the towers when logging their find. Be creative, maybe we will influence the people in charge of the decision!!
