Geocache Description:

Come all ye Dragon Slayers! Come all ye Dragon Hunters!
Start time 11:30am. Date 3 Feb 08

It is time to go and slay the Dragon that is hiding in the wilds along the Pipeline Track.

Little is known about this Dragon except that it hides in its lair just off the track.

Once the Dragon has been slain, we will feast and drink and have a merry time before having to return to our loved ones triumphant!

The picnic area is just past the Dragon's Lair (about 7kms from the car park at Neika) and will take approximately 90 minutes to walk in, or about 50 minutes by push-bike, all depending on individual fitness levels. This means you will need to leave the car parking area at approximately 10:00am.

If you do not wish to take part in Dragon slaying, you may come along for some good company, some banter and a jolly good time.

You will need to bring sunscreen, hat, suitable clothing for cold/cool/warm/hot weather (you know what Tassie's weather is like!), food, drink, water, nibblies and desert. And maybe something to wile away the time whilst you are waiting. A book called "The Dragons of Babel" maybe?

I would suggest that children under the age of 12 or those with short attention spans be left with a caring relative or friend, as The Dragon likes to eat young humans or just in case the Dragon wins....
