P5K "It's About Time" Traditional Cache

The title of this cache refers to my being so late in honoring Pete for his 5000th cache. Congratulations, Pete. Please allow Pete (macatac) get the FTF.
Cache is a small lock and lock. There is a nice view of Mattituck Creek at GZ. It is also not far from the P3K caches which were placed at Mill Road Preserve to honor Pete's 3000th cache. Please make sure cache is hidden well when replaced. Stealth may be necessary at times, especially in the summer on weekends.
