MINERS MEMORIAL PARK
This is Featured Cache #16 of the Greater Johnstown/Cambria County Geotrail, which highlights the scenic and historic amenities of the area. Be sure to collect and record the Geotrail Code Word from in (or near, in the case of micros) the cache to your official Geotrail Passport, which can be obtained from the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. This cache starts at the corner of Main and 15th street. All of the clues can be found between 15th and 13th street on the same side of Main Street from where you start. There is ample street paring parking in the vicinity of 15th street and Graham Avenue (Main Street). Every stage and the final location are located within Miners Memorial Park. The cache is easily accessible but not in plain view. You will be looking for a clear one quart storage container and will not have to move anything to find it. This may not be the best place to put travel bugs as this is a high visibility area that could be muggled.
