Nuts & Bells is located in an ancient coppice woodland. In the autumn you will find plenty of tasty hazel NUTS and in the spring a braw carpet of Wild Hyacinths (English BlueBELLS). The cache is hidden a little off the beaten track at the base of a stool (stump of a coppiced tree).
The best place to park is in the car park by the Riding for the Disabled at the Northern entrance (Shiresmill) to Valleyfield Woods.
The tracks can get muddy during wet weather so sturdy boots or wellies are a good idea. The final few yards involve negotiating the undergrowth and lying brushwood, or if you blindly follow your gps and forget to use your common sense, you may also cross a marshy gully.
When this was hidden it contained the following:
First to Find Certificate
Geocache Inofrmation Sheet
Logbook and pencil
Feather Mask
Pocket style waterproof jacket
Snap bracelet
A plastic gold winner medal
