Our 2nd mini event just for fun and to break up the winter caching blues.
Local Willy's Puddle Cachers will hide caches around the area. Cache information and coordinates will be handed out at the meeting spot -MEET INSIDE. Start time is 12:30pm. Plan to have coffee and a donut first if you like! You will need to drive to each of the cache locations...but they will all be within the city limits in very interesting locations using an assortment of containers for hidden caches.
The event is expected to last 2 1/2 hours of hunting time with meet for social time/coffee/food when time is up.
End coordinates are: N 52.07.607 W 122.08.648 The menu is varied and reasonable and they will be expecting us. Lunch menu is posted in photos here.
Our 1st Event had 11 participants and alot of fun was had by all. We expect a few more participants this time.
Much thanks to GrinderG, Norco5 and Rallymaster for their assistance in planning and helping to set up this mini event!
Hopefully the roads will be good and the sun will be out on this day...if the temperature is tooo cold we may cancel...Will post the forecast a few days before the event..so check back before traveling!
