I would like to thank everyone who help setup and clean up...Thanks to everyone who supplied the food, drinks, tables, BBQ pit (and the Cook-thanks Don), and the extra door prizes...
Thanks to all who attended and made this Event a great Sucess...The weather was great, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves...The kids played games, the prizes seemed to be a hit, EVERYTHING was Great...
I will try to make this a YEARLY Event...Had A Great Time...
Overall Attendance 37 cachers...[:)]

Planning on cooking Hotdogs...
Anyone willing to contribute to the lunch menu is welcome... Please post a note stating what you will bring...
Pyro III will bring a BBQ Pit for cooking the Hotdogs...
Also, we need an Estimate head count to see how much food to prepare...

I will bring some yard games for All Ages to play; and maybe some PRIZES to be handed out (DRAWING AT 1:00 pm after lunch)....LOTS of fun and excitement Feel free to bring a FRIEND or TWO...

Items needed: Estimate 50 people???
Hotdogs, Buns, napkins/ hand wipes
drinks, paper plates,ice, trash bags
chips, cake, drinks, cups
ketchup, mustard, relish, mayo, etc...chili

Bring Lawn chairs, if you have them, seating is limited...

Don't forget the crackers to feed to ducks, turtles, and nutra rats...There are a lot of baby ducks in the pond...

Informal Meet N Greet: We will meet at Canopy #7 in Girard Park...
There are restrooms, coke machines, and a playground in the Park...There is a nice pond with Ducks so bring some crackers...
You may pack a lunch or enjoy one of many food places around the Lafayette Area...

I will try to Add some new caches for the locals that have done all the caches in the area...Come and go as you want...Cache alone or meet new friends and cache in groups...
