This crusty old sea dog obviously spent some time at sea. Now he's laying about taking a bit of shore leave.
This area is open from dawn to dusk courtesy of the Port of Newport. Quite a few birds hang out around this area so remember to bring your camera.
TAKE NOTE!!
The no trespassing signs refer to the areas OFF the road on the way in.
The road itself is open to the public and if you look, you'll see a sign, from the port of Newport, stating that the area IS open to the public from dawn to dusk.
