Keene of the road was archived due to damage to the hotel. Since Keene of the Road was our first cache we really wanted it to stay. Well with this new location the risk of damage is slim to none.
The Keene Spring Hotel was erected in the 1800s to take advantage of the nearby sulfur well. It was certainly a summer retreat back in its day, with a hotel and tavern.
Cache is a 35mm Film canister. Bring your own writing implement! There is a nice parking area RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CACHE!
Brand new to Keene is Wilson's Grocery. If the parking space in front of the cache is unavailable, you may park in Wilson's lot just across the street.
