A strange phenomena occures in these parts usually about once a year. No one is exactly sure why this happens, but a large rock gets painted a new coat of paint once a year.
Gradually during the spring words of wisdom and other sayings appear on the rock.
We must look at this from afar for it is rumored that panthers roam this area. So , if you must examine it closely do so at extreem risk.
This is why the cache is some distance from the Rock.
