This is a fairly easy cache to find. I just want to bring your
attention to the school that is located at this location. You will
be looking for a small camo container. This actual container was
given to me by the "BANDITS!" Thank you.
The townships of Hewitt and Texas built the Hewitt-Texas School in
1961. Because the school was located in the township of Texas, the
township of Hewitt got to have its name used first. The school
began operation in 1962, and became part of the Wausau School
District consolidation. The school campus covers 13 beautiful
country acres.
The Cache is located near the Hewitt-Texas
Elementary School (but not on the playground) so please refrain
from searching for the cache during school hours of
8:00-4:00. Parking is available in the school parking lot.
Permission for placing the cache was given by Dennis Wald,
Maintenance Director of Wausau School District.
