This is a two stage multicache. My first Cache placed. A pleasant walk away from the roads.
Many years ago this was a thriving industrial area, with ironstone being quarried. Then as times changed so did the industry, the quarry went into liquidation, and the land was sold off and returned to agricultural use.
The 'clue' can be found at a more recent addition to the landscape. A good resting place, and if you have a some old cornflakes, or stale bread, feeding the fish can add another dimension to this track.
After picking up the cache coordinates the past comes into view with the face where the quarrying stopped, and the old explosive store in the corner of the field.
