Geocache Description:

The is a cache is in a spot with a gorgeous view! Please, while you're there, take a moment to reflect at "The Rising" a tribute to the Westchester residents killed on 9/11.

Although the terrain is easy it is ... well ... vertical. ANYONE can do this but take your time if your must. The cache is also in a neat hiding spot. PLEASE rehide well (a little debris would be nice) and use extreme stealth. I know it is semi-secluded but there are joggers and the constant "big brother" guys in the area keeping the dam and White Plains safe.

DO NOT TRESSPASS! DO NOT CROSS THE ORANGE BARRIER WITH THE SIGN THAT SAYS .... NOT TO CROSS IT! >:^ )
