This cache is in a little-used park coming into La Crosse from Highway 16. It was created years ago when the road was changed. It is an easy cache, and the terrain is easy, too.
This is a green bison tube with no room for trades or a pencil, so please bring your own writing utensil. Lots of people travel by this area, so try to use stealth.
