This one is a two waypoint multi-cache that leads to a hidden ammo can. The cache is in the high/high desert off USFS road 23/25 in the South Millican OHV area. Luckily it's nice and quiet out here right now with the ohv closure. It makes "drifting" around with the dogs very pleasant amongst the sage and lava rock formations.
I parked at N 43.52.243 / W 121.00.283 under some power lines. To get there I turned off USFS road 23/25 at the Ford Road Trailhead (N 43.52.445 / W 121.59.234) and drove about 500 feet west, then turned left on the whup-dee-do road #35 to my parking spot.
This is only a suggestion. One could park along the shoulder of the USFS road or find somewhere else? I felt safer leaving my truck where I did.
Only a few inches of snow out here. Hiking boots did me just fine.
