Located near Bowdown Woods nature reserve. It's d/t is 1/2 coming from Greenham Common or a 1/3 coming from the Racecourse.
The name refers to how, on a circular walk from the Thatcham Nature Discovery Centre, you pass by two hides situated viewing over lakes.
The Thatcham Nature Discovery Centre is a good place to park for a circular walk of 10km.
The waypoint posted is for the 2nd hide's car park near the east end of the racecourse. Just a 1.5km round trip from here.
NB: Access to the hide car park is via Hambridge Road. Motor vehicles can not use the gravel track between this car park and the Bowdown Woods nature reserve.
If walking from or to Greenham Common take care crossing the road at the junction.
The cache box is a 10x10x6cm 'Klip IT' box.
