knowschad: A cardboard sign saying "I-35 North", a pair of socks, and a tube of toothpaste nearby pretty much tell the story, I suspect. There was nothing there for me to recover. Some hobo has a nice Lock 'n Lock to pack his stuff in.

Geocache Description:

Stealth will be essential in protecting this cache!

An 87-acre parcel of former demolition landfill along the Mississippi River was recently stripped of all of its trees, the contaminated soil "capped", and is now a sprawling city park called "Kaposia Landing" .

Plans for Kaposia Landing include softball and baseball fields, dog parks, picnic spaces and river overlooks. Oh yeah... and geocaches.
