The search for this cache will take you along a rural Boone County road. The cache is a camo-covered 3” diameter round plastic container well hidden in the pastoral setting. The container is starting out with a log, pencil and a one dollar FTF prize.
Please beware of the thorn trees protecting this site and the possibility of spiders that may appear. Yes, spiders even during winter.
Hopefully you do not suffer from arachnophobia which can result in feelings of panic when entering into a situation where spiders, real or perceived, may be present. Worst case, this fear of spiders can dictate where someone chooses to live, go on vacation, work or what sports or hobbies are enjoyed. Symptoms may include excessive sweating or clamminess, rapid breathing, rapid heartbeat, nausea and dizziness. If spiders are a fear factor for you, then the best of luck finding this hide.
If still undeterred, then have fun with this one as spider fear is not a factor for you.
Pull-off parking is available adjacent the cache. The rural road is not busy but the few vehicles that do pass, do it very quickly. So, please be aware of wee- cachers at all times.
There are additional caches along this stretch of rural road. Please take the time to seek and find all as each offers a differing challenge.
