Team Highrod went to the Grampians Picnic Event. It was great to meet the out-of-towners Dragonfreys from Canada. We enjoyed chatting with Deano (2dudez) and Dragonfreys, we also had the opportunity to learn some Canadian caching tricks and GPS hints. The picnic area, on the edge of the Belfield Reservoir, has toilets and water. Unfortunately GeoJess couldn’t attend as this area doesn’t allow dogs. The cache is an easy one but will require some walking through dense bush! Great for anyone visiting Halls Gap. The picnic area is located at: S37 11.783 E142 32.652 You can drive a little closer before you run out of road and will need to walk.
