The First Monday In Beaumont Event will be March 3, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Lodge Room at Gander Mountain in Beaumont, Texas. The Lodge Room is located in the far left, back corner of the store as you go inside the front door.
This event is a very informal meeting that gives us a chance to meet other cachers, ask questions, share stories and just visit. We always enjoy when cachers from other areas make it for a visit. There is no charge to be part of our little GANG. Thanks to CBC we have a way to keep up with the area caching news. Check out our website at setxgang.com to stay up on the area caches.
The ribbon and beads activity is still on going. If you have not started this and would like to, it is never too late. There is a different kind of bead for each cache you find, hide, first to finds, no finds and even one for bringing a new cacher to the event. If you would like to take part in this activity just count up the number of caches you have found since the first Monday of last month. The ribbon you get for attending.
