Cache is hidden near Glassmount within Kilrie Community Woodland.
Woodland is a bit misleading because there are not that many mature trees about, but there has been a fair bit of re-planting.
Park the car, take the dog and have a stroll about the area.
Area can be a bit muddy and near the cache site there is an area of pooled water, so take care of the kids (but the dogs like splashing about).
Cache is a 1.1 litre lock and lock container.
There is a sign on the car park gate stating the gates are locked at dusk, but I’ve never seen them locked. The entrance also has a height restriction bar.
