The Zoo 2 Traditional Cache

Mutt Mom: The property owner adjacent to the fairgrounds property (and Zoo2) has taken it upon himself to patrol the fairgrounds property with his dog and a rifle/.22 and is freaking out the cachers who are trying to find this hide. Rather than forcing future cachers to deal with this idiot, I am archiving the cache. Sorry, this really was a good one!

*** NOTE: This cache is located on Kitsap Fairgrounds property. Apparently the owner of the property adjacent to the fairgrounds (where the cache was originally located) is still "harassing" cachers. I have added another hint in hopes to guide you more towards the cache location and away from his property line. ***
