A small walkway which runs between Leithfield Beach & Leithfield town. 45 minutes one-way walking at moderate pace.
This is a bit narrow in places but still suitable for walkers or bikes. Bikes advised to start from the town end, as there is soft sand to negotiate at the beginning of the beach end of the track.
To start at Town end, park at S43º11.376' E172º44.504' drive into the gravel path to a small car-park.
To start at Beach end, park at the beach lookout carpark and start along track - enter the pine trees at S43º12.409' E172º45.424 (either side of the trees is harder going with soft sand one side and very rough exposed tree roots on the other)
Track can also be accessed from carpark beside SH1 for a shorter walk, if you are not into exercise
