So... I
did the next best thing.
Located at the mouth of the Sakonnet River. Sachuest Point was
armed with two 4.72-inch rifles moved from Fort Adams. In WWII a
Navy radio station, three fire-control towers, and a radar tower
were located there. Nothing remains today. This cache is located at
the only remaining and documented artillery stationed at Ft
Adams....and Sachuest Point!
