Located in Amberjack Enviromental Park. This is a beautiful park.
Trails are nice and wide. Very little bushwacking involved.
May want to bring insect repellant.
Cache is in a large ammo box. Packed full of goodies for children as well as adults. Good luck on your search and remember CITO.

Amberjack is a 225 acre preserve made up of unique scrub, pine flatwoods, marshes and other beautiful areas. Amberjack is traversed by two significant wetlands. They are havens for several species of wading birds, including glossy ibis, roseate spoonbills and snowy egrets.
Two boardwalks lead to observational platforms on Lemon Lake, where people can enjoy the amazing variety of birds who inhabit the lake and the surrounding areas.
To get there: The park is located on the southern half of the Cape Haze peninsula. Travel west on 776 (from
Port Charlotte) and turn left onto CR 775 (Placida Road). Drive approx 4.3 miles and turn left on Gasparilla Pines Blvd. Drive to the end of Gasparilla Pines and the park is on the right side of the road.
