Extreme stealth required!

Final location of the cache is N55° 45.3AB E37° 37.1CD. You can find four missing numbers by solving simple puzzle - print the picture "Puzzle" on paper or solve the puzzle on-line. Little language riddle for those who do not read Russian, but that is the challenge.
