Schedule of Events
Prior to 1 pm - Show up early, don't be
obvious! Just mill around and pretend to be a muggle!
At 1:00 pm - Be ready to grab a log sheet from one of the
GaCacheCows. Sign it and place it in the box for the drawing!
1:01 PM - Mingle. Share stories. Brag. Trade swag. Take
pictures. Sign your log sheet, CITO the local area!
1:03 PM - Informational Program Begins
1:07 PM - Snacks will be passed around. Please pick up
your own trash!
1:09 PM - Names will be drawn for prizes!
1:12 PM - Group Photo Time! Everyone head over to the
photo area and get organized (sitting, squatting, standing, etc.)
QUICKLY!
1:13 PM - Group photo(s) is taken.
1:14 PM - One Minute Warning is Issued ("It is now
12:14!"). Get ready to leave, but don't "look" like you are
leaving. (You might want to "secretly" organize where you will
re-form after dispersal.)
1:15 PM: It's Over! Everything is picked up, boxed up and
trash is thrown away. EVERYONE BECOMES MUGGLES AND
SCRAMS!!! |
