*** CAUTION - PARK OFF THE LANE. IT CAN BE DANGEROUS ***
Magnificently lined by beeches and oaks, Artist's Lane is a gem of a location in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. This narrowest of lanes winds up from the A34 to the Wizard restaurant up on the Edge itself. This is a picturesque location with rocks, woods, farmland and exclusive houses along it. At the cache site you will find the work of Tim Burgess of Rostherne. I shaln't spoil your visit by describing it to you.
More warnings! *** CAUTION - PARK CAREFULLY OFF THE ROAD *** There is a small pull-in just up from the cache site, or there are larger pull-ins along the lane. Please respect the private property - the geocache is by the roadside you do not need to enter private property. Also, do not park on driveways etc. The land at the top of Artist's Lane is National Trust property and has special protection. Hence no caches there. Oh yeah... CoCh stands for Curiousities of Cheshire. This (irregular) series is heavily inspired by the Curiosities of Derbyshire series by cats-eyes which I enjoy immensely!
