This cache was placed with one of premier local area cachers in mind. The one who placed the original caches in this FP, Maleki and his wife C. He loves snow shoeing so here’s his, and your, chance to use those deep snow aids. Of course you can, with a little more effort, get to the caches site with only standard boots. Shoes will work just fine in the summer. Cross country skis will also get you near but not to the cache, and today the snow was a little deep for that mode.
Though Emily Schweitzer’s dogs are long gone, the fenced run is well used. There were four people with two beagles, a Doberman, and a border collie there today. Ruby loved the visit both inside and outside the fence.
