Leap Day comes once every four years. Well, just about. It's actually a little more complicated than that, perhaps like finding the coordinates to this cache. Leap year actually happens every four years, except for years that are multiples of 100, such as 1700, 1800, or 1900. The exception is when a year is a multiple of 100 and also a multiple of 400, such as the year 2000. In those cases, there is Leap Day. It's easy to see Leap Day when it's there. Like today. Other times it just fades right off the calendar... I hope you don't have to wait four years to find this cache...
