Wolf bog is the site of a recently constructed windfarm with 5 large turbines now generating sufficient electricity to power some 6000 homes. It lies in the hollow between Big Collin mountain and Elliot's hill, the site of 10 smaller turbines which have been a distinctive site on the skyline for a number of years. Suggested parking is at N54.48.500, W 06.04.590 a picnic site on the Collin Road. From there if you go back up the road for some 200m there is a newly surfaced track leading round the slopes of the Collin to the windfarm. The final approach to the cache is off track and can be slightly boggy. The cache is in a tab lock 1 litre lunchbox and contains a variety of items.
