SandyCreekPirates: Went by to check on this one. Someone is obviously sleeping/living VERY near the cache (within 30 feet). Out of respect for them and their situation and out of concern for any problem that may arise when they are startled by cachers, we have made the decision to archive this cache. Hate to do it, but it seems the right thing.
