You are looking for a .30 caliber ammo box. It is well covered in camo tape.
It is relatively close to a swampy pond. Perhaps parking in the field next to the dirt road is a good idea. There are no problems parking there because Auburn University students (including myself) park there often and throw Frisbee. You can trek into the woods from there.
Another option that eliminates some of the walking is to follow this dirt road west off of South Donahue Drive and park either at the second gate on your left, or on the side of the road near it.
I feel that children in elementary school and up can accomplish the walk to this cache, and even find it themselves when they are within a few feet of it. Most of the walking is on wide, flat dirt roads. The cache is in an area with some overgrowth. There were no thorns when I hid it, and only a little ducking is necessary for adults.
Enjoy.
