On Williamson Valley Trail, approximately halfway on Trail 308. Trail is a 3.25 mile loop. Named for the color of Granite Mountain in the late afternoon in summer.
First ever cache from this new geocacher. In a plastic container with a screw top lid. Items placed include the world's fiercist mountain lion, which is a travel bug. Also, a deck of cards, key chain, and ball repair tool. Pad and pen included. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the spectacular panoramic view.
