This cache is for the CAR event 2008, and is now fair game! So go out and get 'em!
This cache has been camouflaged with bark. It is at a base of a tree. You can park at the below coords, then walk up the path. The cache is just to the left of the path. I'd recommend
wearing some sturdy shoes in the winter season as the paved path has a tendency to get some ice on it. While your up there take a look at the view. It is quite cool to see some of the city from so high up.
