Geocache Description:

Spokane County Parks: “Morrow Park Natural Area is located in the southern portion of the Spokane Valley at the end of Morrow Park Road. Charles W. and Florence B. Morrow donated the 40-acre parcel in 1961, as a natural area with hiking and sledding in mind. The area north of the park has recently experienced significant residential growth. The park site is heavily forested with steep slopes and serves as a wildlife sanctuary within a fast urbanizing area."

The gate at S. Morrow Park road was closed when I placed the cache. It is there to control vehicle access to the park. I was assured by the County Parks dept that this is the only overland public access to the park.
Park near the gate, and hike along the gravel road to the park area.
Stay on the main road until you see a water tank on the right (west). According to Topozone, across the road to the east of the tower is the NW corner of the park.
Please obey the No Trespassing signs on the properties adjacent to the park.
Enjoy the trails and views through the trees of Mica Peak, Tower Mtn, and Mt. Spokane.
You're looking for a small camo lock/lock with logbook and a few small trinkets. A pair of "gold leaf" earrings for the FTF.
A foot or two of snow remained when the cache was placed.
Should be accessible most of the year depending on amount of snow cover.
I saw several wild turkeys and at least 50 deer during my hike to place the cache.

Congrats to Illumineon for the FTF!
