WELCOME TO SPRING!!!

Sorry, but we are all ready out of room at the Diner!

If you would still like to come as a "cache and dash" kind of deal or place the "Do the Dew" cache at 11:00AM, I will gladly have a sign-up sheet at the event.

(Please, if you would like to attend as a "cache and dash" for credit for the cache or you would like to go to the Do The Dew cache at 11:00AM, please post here so that we know to expect you! Thank you!)

Welcome locals! After a rather large slump in my geocaching this winter, I decided that a small event to kick off a new year might be just the ticket!!!
Solvay Diner 2400 Milton Avenue Solvay, NY 13209
TIME: 9:00-11:00AM
COST: A cup of coffee??? (Of course, you can buy breakfast!)
REGISTRATION/RESERVATION: Yes, it's a SMALL Diner.
Please register for this event on this page, (please do NOT call the Diner), and I will take it from there.

We are looking and hoping for about 25 cachers in the area to show up, blow the dust off of their GPS units, find your geobags full of TBs, coins, and regular goodies, and come for a very simple get-together with fellow cachers.

If you would like to SWAP Travel Bugs, log them here. You will be able to swap ONE for ONE, TWO for TWO, etc... I will have a place for them. Please, log them on here while registering for this event.

Are you new to geocaching? Do you have questions about geocaching? Would you just like to meet up with some familiar cachers that you haven't seen in awhile? Well, for the price of a cup of coffee, all of this could be yours! LOL!

I look forward to meeting new faces as well as running into old acquaintances.

Shortly after 11:00AM, I would like to place my Do the Dew! cache, (GCT9JV), back in it's resting spot for the year. For those of you that would like to travel to this cache together, it would be a nice place for a group photo!

(Please keep in mind, that the Do the Dew! cache has a difficulty of 2 and a terrain of 3. All children are welcome.)

UPDATE: I am VERY happy to see the positive response to this event! Because of the limited space available to us, I will start to keep a running tally of people on this cache page and update it daily. Thanks!
