***DEMAND SPLINTERHEADS (geocaching movie) IN OMAHA/COUNCIL BLUFFS*** the rating would be a one, but the ammount of steps in either directon make it harder.
the lincoln monument is said to be where, four years prior to the war, pres. Lincoln stood and declared council bluffs to be one of the terminus for the first transcontinental railroad.
now with that kind of history one would wonder how a place would have such a srange mysery like the changing steps. if you dont believe me, try it for yourself. count how many steps going up, then count how many going down. i have gotten the same number once in the dozens of times i have walked up and down those stairs.
i forgot to mention. when i was looking for a sweet place to hide my cache, i stumbled upon two manmade caves. i think they were created by some neighborhood kids, but they are pretty sweet. its kind of hard to get to but if its not muddy it should be accessable.
