This Cache is located at Tojo-tei, one of the important cultural properties.
The place where Tojo-tei is located is Matsudo city, Chiba prefecture. Matsudo is one of the important post station between Tokyo and Mito at Edo era. Therefore, Tojo-tei was built by TOKUGAWA Akitake, the younger brother of the last SHOGUN, TOKUGAWA Yoshinobu, who both were born and raised at Mito-Tokugawa family.
Tojo-tei is now a complex of the memorial house of TOKUGAWA Akitake, historical museum and the park.
hour: 9:30 to 16:30 (closed at 17:00)
closed: on Monday except the day is holiday
entrance fee: free for the park, others 1-2 U$ required

千葉は松戸にある国の重要文化財、戸定邸にキャッシュを設置しました。
松戸は水戸街道の重要な宿場町でしたので、徳川家水戸藩とのつながりも深く、戸定邸も水戸出身の第１５代将軍徳川慶喜の弟で最後の水戸藩主であった徳川昭武が明治時代に建設しました。
一言で戸定邸といっておりますが、ここは戸定邸、歴史資料館、戸定が丘歴史公園からなり、戸定邸自体は２００６年に国の重要文化財に指定されています。
入場は９時半から夕方４時半までで、公園の散策だけなら無料です。戸定邸と歴史資料館はそれぞれ２〜３百円程度の入館料が必要です。
キャッシュにはペンが入っていませんので、ペンを御持参ください。
四季を通じて綺麗な公園です。皆様のお越しをお待ちしております。
