Scotland Rum Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

OReviewer: As there's been no cache to find for a long time or has had no owner response for at least 30 days, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located on the Arboretum side of Scotland Run Park near the great Spanish Oak tree.

There are many ways to enter the park and get to the cache. I placed this cache here mainly because of the beautiful giant Spanish Oak tree that is only a few hundred feet from the cache. To view the tree, park on the Fries Mill Road side by the beach access and walk towards the Arboretum area. There is some minor bushwacking to the cache if you find the right way in. Enjoy the tree, the cache and 5 buckaroos are in there for the First to Find! Hope Scotland Rum finds you feelin rummy!!!

Update: The Spanish Oak unfortunately died. The branches have been cut off but the very large trunk is still there to admire.

Congrats to Guenther gang on another FTF!!!!!
