Yep, you guessed it, it's a tank cache. Located in Shelton NE, on level ground with parking nearby to the north across the highway. There is no need to climb to find this cache. The coordinates are slightly off by design to up the difficulty. It's obvious that the cache is on the tank SOMEWHERE.
