I think the Redlanders are worried about invaders from bordering councils.
REDLANDS SHIRE COUNCIL
Formed in 1949, Redland Shire Council is the local government authority for the Redlands, which includes the Southern Moreton Bay Islands, North Stradbroke Island and areas on the mainland.
The area is bordered by Brisbane, Gold Coast and Logan cities.
The Council consists of a Mayor and 10 Councillors.
