The given coordinates is just a
place to park the car.
This is a kind of traditional, multi and mystery cache, depend
on of how you solve the pussel.
The system to rate how difficult the tarrain is, push the rating
up to 3.
That is only correct for the last 20 to 50 meter or so.
From the place where you leave the car and until the last 20 to
50 meter it is possibel to ride a bike and even drive a car.
With my Norwegian eye, the rating is overall difficulty rating =
1, overall terrain rating = 1.

When did you use a calculator last
time?
Oh, you do not have one. Sorry for you.
You could realy need one now.
Binary numbers is 0 and 1 and it is how computers and your GPS
is doing all the calculating of your position.
Computers and GPS is not that smart, they can only deal with two
numbers, 1 and 0, but they do that in an enormous high tempo.
The reason why computers and GPS only understand 1 and 0 is that
it either on or off, 0 Volt or 5 Volt.

To find the cache, you have to do
some math.
The cache is at N59° 33.XXX E.10° 44.YYY.
You can find X when you know that X^3 is equal with binary 0001
1111 minus binary 0000 0100.
And you can find Y, when Y^3 is equal with binary 0100 0000.

Just to remind you, (MSD) 1010 1010 (LSD).

Ok, you do not want to do any
math!
Either because you do not have an calculator, you do not know any
binary number or this is just not your day.
Well, that is ok, but then you have to travel a bit.
Almost every wooden pole has a number on it. It is normaly made
out of 6 digit.
At N59° 33.823 E10° 44.216
you find a pole with a number on it.
Digit 2 from left is your number to insert for X.
----------------------------------------------------
The next number is at N59° 34.358
E10° 44.332 there is another pole with a number on it.
Digit 4 from left is your number to insert for Y.
