Close to Highway 97 for those who gotta stop for a cache, room to
park and turn around (unless a big rig).
This is a short little stretch, that will not take you far. Very
close to Williams Lake if you are traveling from the north. If
heading north out of Williams Lake its about 2 minutes up the
highway. Use geosenses to find a trail going up the hill then use
GPS to find cache location. You may need to be stealthy, the
highway can be busy, it would really help if you had a dog to walk.
Searching EARLY in the morning could be an option or anytime that
you think there might be less traffic. The location adds to the
challenge. It was placed during light snowfall in the moonlight,
traffic zoomed by and the lights from the mills below were quite
bright. Coordinates are intentionally not bang on, and accuracy was
bouncing between 8 and 10 metres. Experienced geocachers may find
cache if they persevere. Container is? Not listed but has logbook,
pencils and can fit those things that travel around! (Don't expect
any giveaways here, you better go and see for yourself!). Please
rehide carefully.
