St John The Divine Church Cache 'n' grab Traditional Cache
Firelanterns: Thanks discobomb, to answer your question no it doesn't have permission, not through want of trying though, no response to 1 letter and an email led me to place it anyway. Since this one has caused some upset, i will of course archive - it looks like it may have gone walkabout anyway, i will check shortly.

A small cache containing log book & pencil, with room for small TB's and coins, located just outside St John the Divine Church.
The major part or the church was built in 1831-6 to the design of Lewis Vulliamy. It was extended in 1904-5 by Arthur Grove, forming the chancel, Lady Chapel, vestry and sacristy; and again in 1980-81 by Dry Hastwell Butlin Bicknell for the meeting room and residential accommodation.
You are looking for a Tupperware box, quite small (palm sized) - the cache is in the small "grounds" area at the front of the church, no need to search around any of the physical church itself. The site is on a main road, so please be discrete, and watch little one's.
Thanks to the Cohen's, who live nearby, for their help in placing this cache !
