Recently, an unnamed cacher put out a
cache which had many local cachers at a loss on how to solve it. In
fact, as of the publishing of this cache, it still hasn't been
solved.
Cachers have tried many, many
techniques to decode, decrypt, and otherwise try to solve the
puzzle...to no avail.
After several weeks of remaining
unsolved, this unnamed cacher posted a note that code we were
supposed to crack was only a red herring.
Now, I ask, is the below code a red
herring?
