The cache can be found on a fairly short walk in the middle of a forest. It can be slightly muddy in the winter months so bring shoes you don't mind getting dirty!
My brother and I decided we wanted to make our very first cache in the middle of the night, so at 10pm we did just that. For about a month an a half now, I've collected numerous geocoins, so I thought it would be great to create a geocoin hotel. This cache is *only for geocoins and nothing else! If you take a geocoin, please replace it with another (only take as many geocoins as you intend to replace, please). If you don't have a coin, just sign the ghetto log book (a piece of paper). Bring your own pen though, as we forgot to put one in. Sorry!
A little bit about the history surrounding the placement of the cache. We decided to create this cache in the middle of the night. When we first arrived and stepped onto the trail, we were greeted by the howling of coyotes. It was definitely spooky and things were moving in the bushes on the way back from the placement of the cache. Personally, if you like excitement and finding caches at night, this one is great. When you arrive at the destinatinon, you will see an eerie sight. Feel free to explore this site at your own risk. Not much is known about the findings here, but feel free to use your imagination with what you think happened. To be quite honest, this place creeps me out! Happy huntings!
Parking coordinates can be found below. It is basically the corner of SW Gabbert and Miller DR.. Park here and then travel up towards the trail.
