Forest Banks contains a number of Sites of Special Scientific
Interest (SSSI), the cache is not locatated in one, but lies
between two of them.
The cache is just off the main footpath.
The co-ords shown are roughly a mid-point between the cache and
it's parent "Banktop Wood - Russian Doll". You'll need to do that
one to get the final co-ords for this one. If you do this by car,
park on the corner that shows a footpath sign, and a sign for the
caravan club.
The whole round walk takes about 90 minutes, and will involve
crossing and walking on road verges for about 200 yards. It also
involves a short but steep, muddy slope. This is the only reason
the terrain is rated 3. Most of the other terrain is 1.5-2.5
depending on final route.
The cache can hold coins and small TB's.
